TargetX
A KTU 2024-scheme tracker for B.Tech students. It tells you the mark you still need in each exam, and counts the CIE marks your attendance is already costing you under R 7.5.ii. Ask it in plain words; every figure is computed on your own machine. Android and desktop, free for students.

The Problem
Everyone at KTU knows 75% attendance is the line. Fewer know R 7.5.ii: attendance is also worth up to 5 internal marks per subject, in bands. At 76% you have already given away two of them in every subject, and no portal shows it.
TargetX totals that across your subjects and tells you the cheapest way to win a mark back.
What It Does
- Marks you need — The mark you still need in each paper, including the separate 40% ESE minimum that spreadsheets miss.
- Classes you can miss — How many classes you can still skip, with duty leave capped the way R 6.3.ii caps it.
- Target CGPA — Works backwards from the CGPA you want to the cheapest subject to push.
- Ask in plain words — Press Ctrl K and ask. Every figure in an answer comes from the same local engine as the rest of the app.
